Pre-feasibility Study Greenfield Port
Client: Confidential, Nigeria
A pre-feasibility study for a greenfield port development was performed in co-operation with Port Consultants Rotterdam. It involved the conceptual design of a large deep sea port in Eastern Nigeria. The optimum location of the port was determined with a multi criteria analysis on various preliminary design alternatives. For the chosen location a preliminary masterplan was developed, with further details as to marine works and terminal development. For all scope the CAPEX and OPEX was estimated as input for the business case as compiled by client.
